Problem:
Fractional offsets need to be attached to column make-{x} offset-{fraction}. Using column.offset-half, for example, will not offset the column, because the grid considers its child.

Suggestion:
Replace > .#{$offset-name}-{$i} with > .#{$column-name}.#{$offset-name}-{$i} instead to ensure the offset is a modifier of the column, and not a child element of the grid.

Problem:
List (ul, ol) need their styles to be fixes. Reset causes it to align too much to the left.

Suggestion:
Have a look at how to fix the ul/ol when restyling them. Suggested displacement are:

• $list-spacing: 1.5rem !default
• ul, ol { margin-left: $list-spacing }
• ul li, ol li { $list-spacing }
