Apologies for the dumb question, but I was wondering what are the requirements for this to work with clients?
Do I drop the server plugin into the mods folder of my client or do I use some other DH fork with this?

Since there is no discussions page atm, I'm putting it here

Not a huge priority, but would help if the plugin ever needs to work in an environment where Netty is not provided and cannot be bundled.

Add configurable type translation, so that specific block types can be translated to something else. Add ores -> stone as default.

Will need at least the ones that are part of the player config socket message.
Document what they do with comments in the config file.

The discord link is outdated in the readme section. it's also not working on the website.

Use same class for both server and clients?

Add option to only sample every X block (vertical resolution).

Server side only needs to generate LODs for quality level 0. The client down-samples from there.
