Add support/control for including/excluding hidden files
Currently, all files prefixed with '.' are ignored. This is a sensible default but there is currently no way of controlling this (or specifying which '.' files are included).
Extend the configuration to support this.
Support all kinds of Mustache tags
Add support for ignoring files and folders as part of the template configuration
At the moment, all non-hidden files and folders are transferred to the destination directory when the template is run.
Suppose the user wants to create a README file in their template git repository, but NOT have this included with the template content.
At the moment, the only solution is to name it .README. It would be more flexible to allow the template configuration to specify files that should be ignored when running the template.
Allow Mustache tags in file / directory names
Allow Mustache tags to be given on the command line
Write readme
When running on Windows command prompt, display CTRL+Z rather than CTRL+D
On WIndows Command Prompt, CTRL+Z is used to trigger the EOF signal rather than CTRL+D, but we always display CTRL+D at the moment.
