Make Timer functionality for current round of user.

Needs chage in dabase,migrations,models,relationships, controllers,views everywhere.
Make second person fields optional.

Right now if session ends , he/she can not start game again.

Need to solve this once timer is added.

Make sure that much problems exists in that category before adding to round

So workflow for admin will be

• add categories

• add problems in each category

• add categories and no. Of problems to give in each round.

Here same category may exist in multiple round.So there should be that much problems so that each time users gets unique problem set rather than getting same problems.

Add a code to give entry to all available rounds in database to newly registered teams.

Use reference code from round controller which adds single user to single round.
