What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Can't open the compiled CHM file. Content seems to be missing.
- HTML files are missing icons.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Open CHM - No content: "Navigation to the webpage was canceled".
- Open HTML - All images broken.

There is a small bug in class MerchantInfo.

MerchantInfo.ToString()
Line 94: sb.Append("x_login=" + this.login);

Missing ampersand, should be:
Line 94: sb.Append("&x_login=" + this.login);

After compiling there are also a couple of warnings.
