Can you show me how to route from internal iphone mic to bluetooth speaker/ headset ?

i've been trying to use the AudioSession manager to handle my audio routing.
i have encountered an issue when a BT speaker is connected and i'm trying to use the internal earpiece.
from some reason i can only get Speaker or Bluetooth as outputs incase a bluetooth device is connected.
is there a way i can route the audio to the internal earpiece even when having a BT speaker/headphones is connected?
How can this be done?

I know that much of this class depends on iOS hardware, but similar functionality is very useful on OSX. For instance, getting a notification when a bluetooth or headphone set went away so pausing of audio output would be a standard use case. Do you have any plans on adding a Mac OSX counterpart?
