Web Socket Client for Chrome

A simple UI for a web socket client that can be used to manually test web socket endpoints.

To develop:
1. Clone the repo.
2. Go to 'chrome://extensions'.
3. Check 'Developer Mode'.
4. Choose 'Load Unpacked Extension...'.
5. Browse to the location where you downloaded the repo.
6. Open the client by client 'Options' underneath 'Web Socket Client' in 'chrome://extensions' or by clicking the 'WS Client' browser action to the right of your address bar.
7. Click 'Reload' in 'chrome://extensions' to reload code changes.

This extension requires no permissions!
