这个是 Windows 默认的行为，没什么办法

网易云音乐Win32版就不会显示这个控件，应该是32版本里面没写媒体控件相关代码，但是uwp版本里面又写了

这个是 UWP 的行为。
UWP 音乐应用要在 Windows 和 Windows Phone 的系统级媒体控制里显示音乐信息和专辑封面以及响应媒体控制按键的话，就要用 UWP 的 API 向系统报告这些信息。在 Win8 到 Win10 上系统会在音量条边上显示这些信息。
另外 Win11 把音量条设计改了，就没这个东西。

另外这个 repository 只是把原应用换个 ID 重新打包一下。原应用的包里是用 .NET Native 编译出来的机器码，没法随便反编译和修改。
