是网易云那边服务器的问题吗，我试了下hyplayer和网易云音乐windows都没问题，是请求的接口不一样吗

曲线救国，找到了播放电台的方法。首先，在win版或手机版中，打开你想收听的电台主页，点击主播名字，进入主播的主页，点“关注”，以后就可以在UWP版的”朋友“菜单看到你所关注人的动态了，动态中往往会有主播分享的电台节目，点节目进去就可以直接收听了。简单粗暴点也可以直接在搜索栏搜索主播名字，在搜索结果中点击“用户”tab（选项卡），点击进主播主页-动态。
啥？动态 0？主播没分享？终极大法，在其他版本中找到你想听的电台节目（注意是电台下的具体“节目”，不是电台）点击分享-云音乐动态，分享到自己的动态中，然后在UWP版中单击自己头像，弹窗中点击“动态”，缺点就是需要手动分享才能听，强迫症没办法...
