Is it possible to change the infill direction?

Hi Jason,
I'm working on a project with a 3D Printing Machine (Da Vinci 1.0), I have a BIG problem, i need to make some rectangular specimens to prove it for strength test but i want to know how to change or set the infill direction in each printing by myself.
Because the printer already has the default infill direction (normally 45ΒΊ) in order to save time and material.
I try to change that direction with Slic3r software, with the gcode (convert it a .3w file) and to import it on XYZware (for Windows), but it doesn't work.

Thanks for your help!

minimal gcode with python script

The python script seems to connect to my da Vinci 1.0a :-)
But all that happens with minimal.gcode is that the printer warms up and the extruder moves to start position above the print bed, then nothing. Next i had to cancel the print.
Is the minimal.gcode suposed to do that? Or should it do more?
