Version release date incorrect in help.html

Describe the bug
In the help.html file included with the portable app, the version's release date (8.5 Alpha 2 Dev Test 2) is listed as September 11th, 2018, instead of October 3rd, 2018.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the help.html file included with the portable app.
  2. Look at the release date next to the 8.5 Alpha 2 release.

Expected behavior
The release date would be listed as October 3rd, 2018.
