Make it easy to enable/disable OMXplayer

Amazon VOD add-on requires that OMXplayer is disabled, while in other cases it is better that OMXplayer is enabled.

It is possible to enable/disable the OMXplayer in the kodi UI through the Kode Settings/Player menu (assure expert mode is enabled but I am looking for an easier way to do this.

kodi doesn't start and logs [kodi /usr/bin/kodi: 1: /usr/bin/kodi: fbset: not found]

The following is logged in the kodi log file (restarting results in the same log message)

15.08.19 16:07:52 (+0200)  kodi  /usr/bin/kodi: 1: /usr/bin/kodi: fbset: not found

rebooting through balenaCloud dashboard and manually powering on/off doesn't fix it.

Do you mind making an updated version of this? I have tried to install it on my raspi 4 with no luck

Opening Amazon VOD folders takes a long time to download all the contents.

When opening an Amazon VOD folder it takes a long time to load all movies/series in that folder. This happens only the first time.

Can not play TED talk using TED Addon

I have installed the TED Talks Videos Add-On and when trying to play a TED talk the following error appears on the screen TED Talks error. Check the log for more information
and also the following popup error appears

Playback failed
One or more items failed to play.  Check the log for more information about this message.
