If saving changes failed for some reason it is possible that the audio file was uploaded to amazon successfully and in that case it just needs to be linked again.

If a speaker has not been selected when an audio file is uploaded, then the pre-upload middleware will error and stop the upload.

All fields should default to:

• Album art from series overview.
• Track number as count in series
• Date (--TDAT) -OR- Recording date (--TRDA)

There is a saved transformation called mottram-thumb which all the code that presents the thumbnails should be using.

Add optional field for additional resources. This would be a collection of files to upload, and be presented in a list if present.

Add a page which lists all the series and highlight the current series. This will make finding things easier

Add the ability for a miniseries to be under a main series. For example the miniseries on Forgiveness.
