Currently specific requests can only be made for L-PART1+L-PART2/V-REGION/D-REGION/J-REGION/composite constant region sequences. Certain circumstances might call for specific retrieval of other features (not well represented in the whole GENE-DB direct download).

I'm trying to update stitchr's IMGT references using the following command from the documentation:
python3 IMGTgeneDL.py -s human -m stitchr -n

Unfortunately this is producing the following error:

IMGTgeneDL/IMGTgeneDL.py:537: UserWarning: Warning: less than the complete number of sequence types (L/V/J/C) detected for A locus; this cannot be stitched, so this locus will be skipped.

IMGTgeneDL/IMGTgeneDL.py:537: UserWarning: Warning: less than the complete number of sequence types (L/V/J/C) detected for D locus; this cannot be stitched, so this locus will be skipped.

As the error indicates, no TRA or TRD references are generated in the output.
