An advanced movie database that gives passionate movie fans and studio executives easy access to movie data and social media stats of recent films.

Usage

Try it out at https://jupiter-legacy-staging.herokuapp.com

Requirements

Development

  1. Fork the repo from greenfield-jupiter/legacy on github.
  2. Clone down your fork
  git clone https://github.com/<username>/legacy.git
  1. Move into the repo after its been cloned onto your machine by typing the following command.
  cd legacy/
  1. Follow the instructions in the 'Installing Dependencies' section.

Installing Dependencies

From within the root directory:

npm install

Start Development

Run the following script to run webpack to automatically render front-end changes

  npm run react-dev

Run the following command to get the server started

  npm run server-dev

After mongo is installed, run the following command to ensure the mongo db is up and running.

  mongod
