Actions failing abruptly on upstream repo about github-activity-readme HOT 2 CLOSED

Got the culprit now. We have this CI that is failing, and needs a fix at our end.

I suspect it has to do something with permissions. I've made a few changes aimed at improving the error logs by removing internal stack traces in the hotfix/prevent-stack-traces branch.

@tushar5526, can you check out to a new branch, update the workflow to point to the above branch and trigger another run via the workflow_dispatch event. Hopefully, the error logs will help with more context.
