Changed in the latest version. Architectures can now be passed where their init requires an input and output size and additional kwargs can be passed via Config(). Note to self: in documentation will need to show this in detail.

Have removed the config hack and now we pass model architectures directly to the bigger DCCA models. Model architectures can be built using a base architecture class to ensure they have the required methods

With the latest test using a pretrained Unet I am satisfied that this is solved to completion.
