Example 5.3 Tags on page 62 crashes GD3 with Coprocessor Exception.

Cause is a display list overflow.

Need to reduce the display list complexity - decreasing length from 254 to 220 works.

In Chapter 9.1 AlphaFunc, GD.AlphaText in the first example should be GD.AlphaFunc. Hope it's ok that I report small typos such as these as issues.

1. Page 63: in the example code, the last line of the function should be GD.flush() instead of GD.finish();

2. Page 82: In the middle of the page there is an example code which should show the use of GD.AlphaFunc(), but turned out to be GD.AlphaText().

3. In Page 110, there is a Vertex2ii added by mistake at the end of the paragraph.
