[Feature] `--info` mode for the CLI

[Feature] `--pages` mode for the CLI

Description of the Feature

A CLI flag along the lines of --pages that allows the user to use a template oriented towards deploying to Cloudflare Pages with the fallback to static assets before the global 404.

Should copy any contents inside the public directory (or others?) to the output directory.

The template should track a list of static assets that it knows it can return.
