/cards/search/dynamic needs testing.

• Update test cards with prices and quantities
• Make API calls and test for them

Currently cards are only being queried through title or through a /search/fuzzy route

Create queries that use card_id, scryfall_id, price and quantity as search parameters

Currently, admins can only update card quantity. They should be able to update price as well as foilQuantity.

• Update price
• Update foilQuantity
• Ensure inputs are sanitized

These methods are going to be used everywhere as more route controllers are added.

• Pull them into the passport directory
• require them elsewhere

Scryfall data initially seeded into the database will require periodic updates as new Mtg sets and promotional items are released to market.

The microservice must periodically download Scryfall's bulk default card JSON, diff the local database and new data based on srcyfall_id, and bulkCreate new cards to the RDG Postgres instance through a route.

An alternate option is to forego the microservice option altogether and allow the app itself to do this in a controlled manner by a high-level admin.

Flip card values from source data are being interpreted as 0 price and 0 quantity, which leads to errors when attempting to seed data from /rdg/update

Solution may be to simply eliminate FLIP and F cards from the source RDG data and allow fuzzy searching on their redundant, mostly-correct string values
