An empty Umbraco V10.7 install with just a 3 files to demonstrate the lack of Tailwind support.

Files are Web/Views/Master.cshtml & Web/wwwroot/css/main.css (o/p file) & tailwind.css (i/p file)

Tailwind installed as : https://www.jetbrains.com/help/rider/Tailwind_CSS.html#ws_css_tailwind_install

Attempted npx tailwindcss -i wwwroot/css/tailwind.css -o wwwroot/css/main.css --watch but that hasn't worked in this instance
