Connect pagination UI

I realized as I was starting to connect the pagination UI to actually update the server calls that there isn't currently an easy way to re-make a filtered search with an additional field. This can be completed once #3 is closed and should leverage the work done for that issue.

Add filter params to url

Add the filter params being passed to the server to the client's url. This will allow for searches to persist across page reloads as well as enable bookmarking and sharing.
