Requirements: python3, pip

Clone the repo: git clone https://github.com/jacob-horton/procedural-character-gen

Install dependencies pip install -r requirements.txt

Run it: python3 main.py

Tweaking parameters

Tweak any of the values in the gene.py file to produce different looking creatures!

Controls

Key Action
Arrow Keys Rotate the camera
r Reset the camera rotation
Enter Hold to speed up the growth
Space Reset the creature
p Pause/play the growth
- Zoom out
= Zoom in

Also try moving the mouse around and see what happens!
