@ilyankou I would like to add a line of text at the top of the layer control panel, to serve as a proxy title for the map. I'm wondering if there is a way to extend Leaflet layer control to do this? http://leafletjs.com/reference-1.0.0.html#control-layers

@ilyankou I used Leaflet.SlideMenu to show basic instructions to users. By following the developer's template, I was able to add text and images. But is there a way to insert a live URL link in the text, even on its own line? If possible, I would like to add a link to https://github.com/JackDougherty/bikemapcode

BTW, I also considered using https://github.com/Turbo87/leaflet-sidebar and https://github.com/Turbo87/sidebar-v2, but decided these were too complicated to modify to create my desired effect.

@ilyankou In the layer control, I would like a colored line to appear at the end of the text, with the appropriate bg-color. See example below.

@ilyankou - this is a small stylistic issue, but I'm having difficulty making the icons the same size in iPhone, which is not the same as desktop browsers. Perhaps Android is a problem, too, but I can't easily test this with a real device. Do you have access to either smartphone to work on this?
