Just letting anyone know whos looking at this hoping it will get mtp working in the N editions of Windows 10; it does not.

Microsoft has intentionally left out critical files from Windows 10 N to that something as basic as moving files across to a smartphone connected by usb does not work. Just installing the mtp drivers does not work, it requires more than this which seems to only come in the media feature pack which when installed defeats the purpose of having the N edition of windows 10 - all just to copy files to and from a smartphone. Thanks microsoft!!

I've been using your handy DETAILED_USAGE.md instructions to work with mtp-tools in Linux and noticed a couple of typos in the sendfile section. Tried to submit a PR but looks like your repo doesn't allow it so am writing to you here. If you want a PR let me know. Cheers :-)
