awesome-booklist-es6's Issues

Morning Session Peer-to-peer code review

Hi @jaamanu ๐Ÿ‘‹

Great job you have done so far ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘.

However, there are some issues that you still need to work on, so on behalf of my morning session teammates please follow the coming comments and suggestions below that could help your project stand out and make it to the next level ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€.

Highlights โœจ

  • ES6 Syntax is well used โœ…
  • Used HTML, CSS, javascript Best practices โœ….

Suggested Changes โ™ป

1. Project UI

  • When the document is loaded or reloaded the first page the user should see is the book list page "aka section", but in your project case is showing the addNew page.

screenshot of your project.

image

  • So the goal here ๐ŸŽฏ, we need to hide the add new book section and show the List section, to achieve that kindly add a class with display: none property, so you can manipulate that so easily using Javascript, by adding that class to the section whenever you navigate to other sections, and remove that class whenever you navigate to the same section.

2. README file

A well-documented README Will help your repository shine very easily, and project documentation really needs that ๐Ÿฑโ€๐Ÿ.

  • Please follow this cheatsheets guide on how to write good documentation using the Markdown markup language, and then Update your README file.

Finally, if you have any questions or you need more explanation, please feel free to leave comments in this issue thread.

cheers and Happy coding ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘.
