Kudos, excellent work. You replicated the same page with movements. It shows that you excelled at this project.

I think about the CSS file we have nothing to say, kudos, but I just have a suggestion, instead of using a div called form, use a form to enclose everything, and in the inputs and labels use a fieldset tag. That will be very helpful and it is easy to follow.
