It eases tracking for some types of distribution (e.g. Debian packaging which I do) when module releases are tagged in git.

Please consider tagging releases.

It appears there's a prepublish script that should generate a dist folder with a transpiled (ES5) version of this module; however, in the version I just installed, nothing like that exists.

This module seems broken in that state, at least on Node v4.

Authentication-Info headers are encoded in a similar way to WWW-Authenticate and Authorization headers (comma separated). The only difference appears to be that the Authentication-Info header lacks a scheme.

Since most of the decoding is shared with the headers this library already handles, and since this is also an auth related header, it'd be nice to have functionality to decode these within auth-header.

Seems like this lib should be pretty light, but the use of lodash really makes it unnecessarily bulky.

Is babel-core required when used in production? Can it be declared as a devDependencies instead of a dependencies as if defined right now?
