Make a function encapsulating the logic for read a BOE pdf similar TAI naming BOE pages.

Function 1 - Search over the whole text

Function 2 - Search over the table with tabula python library

Function 3 - Take info from the fields, and find how probability of the find the target you have.

I need some functions with a parameter with the data you need find in BOE.

These functions would hace different ways, like run line by line searching the string, or reading a table. It would nice use different ways for search the data, because every BOE pdf can be slightly different form.
