Most of the environments cannot use the rockety proxy command properly. This has to be fixed.

Serve the project files with node server for easier local development.

At the moment Rockety uses master and dev branches.
This should be changed to master only for bleeding edge versions and latest tagged for stable version.

When creating a new project it should be able to be created in an existing directory.

Use Yarn if it is installed, otherwise fallback to npm

Sometimes the installation hits the Github API rate limit.
There should be prompt for Github token and text+link to explain how to get it.
At the moment the process is halted with error.

rockety install is not really intuitive. It must be changed to rockety create
