Interface passes override with run ID to serializer.

Would be nice to run something to check that the server is set up correctly and actually works (sending test + error request, clean up after).

They seem to leave the Velocity tags and not replace with a value?

If AquaCrop is passed parameters it doesn't like (e.g. negative soil saturation values, resulting in 'invalid integer operation'), it'll try and display a modal error message. Once clicked, the executable remains opened. This needs to be handled for headless automated execution - wait, simulate a click, terminate?

Shouldn't rely on client to send requests.

It's currently fixed to 4.

Cannot run program "env": java.io.IOException: error=24, Too many open files. Could be due to files not being closed after execution, happens after server has been running for a long time?

Should check the given directories are valid before the first request.
