Instead of loading everything on all of the pages

Live site only has one level of navigation, new site could have tiered navigation (dropdowns on desktop, accordion on mobile)

Can exist in the public directory.

Would be cool to have a page on my site that pulls in all of the links/refs (stuff with my highlights in it)
