Welcome to our Online Medical Store application! This application allows users to conveniently order medicines online. Additionally, it provides features for the admin to manage the inventory of medicines.

• User Features:

  • Browse through a wide range of medicines.
  • View detailed information about each medicine, including description, price, and offers.
  • Place orders securely and conveniently.

• Admin Features:

  • Use admin code to access store medicines.
  • Add new medicines to the inventory.
  • Delete medicines from the inventory.

• Node.js
• npm
• MongoDB (for backend data storage)

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/itsdheerajdp/medicineforyou.git

2. Navigate to the backend directory:

cd backend

3. Install backend dependencies:

npm install

4. Start the backend server:

npm run dev

5. Backend server will run at http://localhost:8000

6. Navigate to the frontend directory:

cd frontend

7. Install frontend dependencies:

npm install

8. Start the frontend development server:

npm run dev

9. Frontend application will run at http://localhost:5173

• As a user, you can browse through medicines and place orders securely.
• As an admin, you can use the admin code to manage the inventory by adding or deleting medicines.
