There is a lot of unused code in Underscore.js atm.
Would be nice to reduce it to the subset that Manager needs/uses, and remove the rest.

This means that Qt always sets it to image size, which may not be a desirable behavior in places where memory is an issue. This has to be an option on manager

The computation is very basic atm. It's not taking into account all the options set in the resource description file.
This needs work.

There has to be a test done on the resource definition file to make sure no data is missing.
The missing data has to be either re-created from defaults if possible, or error has to be thrown.
