We recommend opening this repository in a devcontainer or a codespace.

The devcontainer is configured to install all dependencies for this repository, including:

We use the just command runner to build and run tests. To get started, you should be able to run

$ just

from the repo root, or, with MATLAB installed

$ just matlab=enabled

Add `--input` and `--output` options to converters

The converters ismrmrd_to_mrd and mrd_to_ismrmrd currently read and write using only stdin and stdout, respectively. These tools should also support file input/output, e.g. to convert MRD streams using named pipes.
