So I think the code you wrote was actually modifying the PWD environment variable somehow. This cause issues for other parts that rely on PWD, such as the dir functionality.

I've commented out that section for now.

This issue is composed of 2 issues:

1. Unable to modify PATH by appending paths to it (i.e. setenv PATH $PATH:/usr/isha) does not work

2. Size of cmdArray not large enough to incorporate the entire original PATH + new path

I noticed that we are using slightly different commands than the standard linux command line (dir instead of ls and run instead of [PATH]/[EXECUTABLE])

We should include a help command that will list the commands that are different.

Once Rafael has the PATH Environment variable figured out I'll integrate it with the shell so our Prompt has the current directory in it.
