Write a script to create a form (i.e., spreadsheet) to request the variables identified in the DAG(s). The variable names should be translated according to the corresponding codebook (e.g., HELIX).

Write a bash script:

• Given the path to a directory, updates the README of that directory listing new files (not sub-directories)
• Given the path to a directory, updates the date of the items' last change (not sub-directories)
• Contains a list of relative paths that should be updated regularly.

Create script(s) to copy output files (e.g., PDF of manuscript or poster) to Google Drive:

• Use tool such as Rclone. Add instructions to link Google account to Rclone
• Bash script should allow to specify local file(s) to copy
• Bash script should allow to specify where to copy the file(s) on Drive
• Bash script should allow to "store" which file(s) to copy and where on Drive.

Create template bash script to create recurrent backups with restic for repository and data, separately.
