household_data's Introduction

cossmic header

Household data package

This repository contains scripts to create time series data of detailed household consumption and generation. It includes data of small businesses, as well as private households, in a resolution up to single device consumptions.

All time series were collected during the course of the European CoSSMic (Collaborating Smart Solar-powered Microgrids) project. The consortium addressed the coupling of solar panels with smart energy sharing solutions and storage capabilities, while researching a decentralized, agent-based model approach, to optimize the potentials to exchange energy inside small communities.

The CoSSMic project has received funding from the European Commission under the FP7 framework.

See the main Jupyter notebook for further details.

household_data's Issues

Broken link in notebook

Please fix the link in household_data/main.ipynb notebook. The link in question is this "
3. About CoSSMic

All time series were collected during the course of the European CoSSMic project from October 2013 to December 2016." link directs to obviously wrong website.

BibTex key and way of citing

I'd like to use the data for academic work and wondered what would be the preferred way of citing the data.

Would you have a standard BibTex entry for these?

Data errors in Residential 3

There are some obvious errors in the data of DE_KN_residential3.
I am using household_data_60min_singleindex.csv (2020-04-15)

DE_KN_residential3_grid_import has a spike of 804 kWh in 1 hour.
grafik

Also, DE_KN_residential3_pv has spikes of up to 73 kW, significantly more than the other values.
