simple-iot-udp-connection

Simple code use for Internet of Things connecting and send data to database via udp connection.

We provided for 3 section as below.

Internet of Things device side

  • Device : ESPino32(ThaiEasyElec) and Nano32(Gravitech). Both these board running with ESP32 chip.

Server side

  • Machine : Using Google Cloud Platform (VM, Debian OS)

Dashboard side

  • Chart modules : Using Chart.js

Get Started

1. Signup and Login with Google account.
2. Go to Google Cloud console.
3. Start service of Google cloud platform, and create VM - LAMP.
4. Install necessary modules (Node.js, NPM, etc.)
5. Go to Firewall rules, create new rules with open port UDP connection.
6. Upload code to server.
7. run it with Node.js
8. Upload code to Internet of Things board, and run it.
9. See a data in database.
10. Finished.
