Giphy App

Description:

Add GIFs to your Zendesk through the Giphy App! Search for your favorite GIFs using keywords and hashtags or simply let Giphy choose the GIF for you. In addition to displaying a GIF to make answering tickets more enjoyable, the Giphy App lets you place GIFs directly in your ticket comment.

• The Giphy search bar.
• Animated GIF that can be added to ticket comments.

Set-up/installation instructions:

• Enable Markdown.
• Install and activate the app, then open a ticket.
