An Ansible role that installs Nodenv, NodeJS and node-build on Ubuntu and Debian

Description

• nodenv_user: System user to install nodenv for.
• nodenv_path: Install path.
• nodenv_version: Version of nodenv to install.
• nodenv_default_version: The system's default version.
• nodenv_versions: Array of versions of NodeJS to install.

Including an example of how to use your role (for instance, with variables passed in as parameters) is always nice for users too:
