This is a light program that I use to save clipboard contents using terminal.

• step1:
  download the tool
• step2:
  add the containing folder to PATH
• step3:
  restart your terminal of choice and enjoy!

Saves a picture named app.jpg inside working directory.  

Saves a picture named image.png inside working directory.  

Saves a picture named app.gif inside the specified absolute path.  

Saves a picture named pic.png inside the working directory.

• usage:
  • "savecp {arguments}"
    text inside parenthesis can be omitted
• arguments:
  • (-name) <filename>
    Specifies file name.
  • -format <extension>
    Specifies the file extension.
  • -h
    Shows help. Can be specified anywhere in the command.
