Just wanted to let you know that I've create a unity implementation of the middleware resolver just in case you'd like to add a link to it; it has been published as nuget package to nuget.org also.

Note that it is a very basic implementation, really nothing complicated; just saved up creating it over and over when using your pipeline net framework. 😄

Will this ever be supported for "async" methods?

I added support for dependency injection through IServiceProvider in the new PipelineNet.ServiceProvider project.

I also added support for disposing of IDisposable/IAsyncDisposable middleware instances, updated netstandard target frameworks, nuget test dependencies and readme in the main PipelineNet project.

Would you be interested in publishing this to nuget.org? I mean both the updated PipelineNet project and the new PipelineNet.ServiceProvider project? Would be greatly appreciated.
