We will leave it here as a reference for all InvizBox original firmwares up to 3.0.6

For clarity, the InvizBox original is a small white box hardware.

The code for the InvizBox original firmware releases starting from 4.x onwards will be available here: https://github.com/invizbox/firmware

/etc/config/vpn overwritten

I'm taking advantage of the awesome luci ui you guys have built to choose a VPN location to provide my own vpn configs (since I'm using an alternative vpn that has obfs/circumvention).

However the /etc/config/vpn conf file seems to be overwritten periodically (on boot maybe?). Is there way to persist my changes to this file?

Missing files to build

The provided makefiles are including and referencing files that are not included in the repo. Specifically:

  • rules.mk
  • package.mk

How to build/deploy?

This source dump is nice, don't get me wrong.

But a few words on how to build the firmware, and how to load it up on the device would bet helpful.

Any chance you could throw up a succinct README?
