This is an attempt to create an emulator for the Gameboy Advance using Haskell and functional pardigms, the motivation for this being that anybody could write an emulator in a systems language such as C, it takes a whole other kind of programmer to do this to themselves.

Ensure that the ROM is loaded to the right place in memory, so that when the code attempts to read something from the read only memory on the GamePak it gets the assets etc correctly.
We need a skeleton for the main loop, which would help us identify what's the next bit that's holding us from getting anything running
The instructions can have a flag which says don't update the cpsr register. Make the functions take a boolean to say whether or not to update.
Most of ARM instructions are still not implemented, and the ones that are are hacky.
