Errors in 1.0.7

Youtube plugin needs API key

The default youtube plugin doesn't have a working API key any more which means that users have to create their own .. this is extremely un-friendly and breaks the upcoming version for users.

We should temporarily disable the new youtube functionality until this is sorted out.

Use of CDN

Introducre intermediate URL for main channels which can be directed on the IFM server to use the CDN during fests and not the limited bandwidth of the station.

Force refresh navigating to menu

Force refresh when navigating to or through the menu. Perhaps other alternatives should be explored, e.g. refresh in background every 5 minutes if plugin is active. Have to ask on forum.
