eclim-vundle's Issues

Please consider adding a warning to the readme regarding the pitfalls of using un-synced eclim vim files.

The man issue I have with this repository is that the eclim vim files and the eclim daemon code are released together so they will always be compatible. If people start installing eclim, omitting the vim files and using this repository, then they are now using 6 month old eclim vim code. Even if you were to update this repository today, anyone using older versions of eclim would then have code that may not be backwards compatible with their daemon. This could cause me any number of headaches while trying to diagnose why someone says they are running eclim X.X.X but running into bugs I've fixed in prior versions, or any other weird "how is this possible if they are running that version" type of issue. Another issue is the fact that all the vim files are here, regardless of whether the user installed that particular plugin on the daemon side or not. That introduces another slew of potential issues for which I'll pay the price.

I understand the motivation behind the creation of this repository, but unlike other vim plugins, eclim's vim files do not stand on their own and depend heavily on their daemon counterpart.
