Confirmed during the test run at the parliament, that it technically works, but as for the QR code detection from other than screenshots is not perfect, the process of extracting and manually inserting VoteID and Ephemeral was not preconceived, it took an effort to actually download the containers.

Basically it needs new nec_pub and testing against real servers, which apparently had the same domain addresses during the test run.
