Full rewrite needed?

Actually, that's not so clear about licensing stuff of specifically this mod.
Right now there are no changes in code itself, so we didn't create a derivative yet.

Change SRS logic

I'm wondering if I can maybe give a few tips for how transgenderism is treated in the mod? I'm a transsexual man myself, and while I loove the ability to have trans pawns, there's some things I'd like to see tweaked?
So doing a little testing, I see that SRS removes the 'transgender' health condition, but does not actually change a pawn's internal organs. Now, I'm not sure if this is something that can be fixed, but SRS doesn't make us not transgender, it just makes us look and feel more like the sex we should've been born as in the first place. I'm not sure if this is possible, but maybe instead, have SRS change the pawn's sex organs to the opposite sex(ie ovaries to gonads etc). I do like how it changes 'male' pawns to 'female' and vice versa.

I've checked the source code of SRS, and yeah, it looks strange. It only removes body parts, removes transgender hediff and switches gender. Probably it was coded with only intersex people in mind.
Probably something else happens, have to check code on PC.

I'm not sure how exactly SRS should work in RimWorld, so some theoretical help will be appreciated.

Animals stop to breed

Marquis reported on steam:

I found out that this mod destroys animal fertility if installed with wooher, birds and bees, school and children. it stops animals from breeding setting their fertility to none

Need confirmations and more details.
My config only have school and children from that list, and animal fertility works.

UPD:

Animals not breeding, I think this mod sets animals private parts to none exsistant this is why they don't reproduce setting their fertility to none. Mod Order:

  1. Core
  2. Hugslib
  3. Birds and the bees
  4. children, school and learning 
  5. Woohooer
  6. Humanlike Life Stages - Age Matters 2 

Option to disable secondary characteristics

As Mirith said on Steam:

Also, I have a tiny question. Do you think it would be possible to add an option to disable breast added by this mod? I'm using another one that does it already and I must say, all those 4-breasted women do look rather hilarious.

I can see two solutions:

  1. Auto-disable if another mod found
  2. Manual configuration in mod settings.

Some Enhancement suggestions

  1. Alterations to breast sizes:
    a: Make "flatchested" a breast size, rather than a separate HeDiff
    b: Include "small" as a breast size.

  2. Add "Facial hair" HeDiff to Jaw, with options for: "Hairless", "Clean Shaven", "Light Beard", "Thick Beard", "Heavy Beard", "Shaggy Beard".

  3. Include Pubic Hair options for "Hairless", and "Clean Shaven".

  4. Slight reworking of Maturity cycle, and add new options: Maturity Cycle = Infancy , Childhood, Teens, Adulthood. Maturity HeDiffs = Baby, Youth, Teenager, Adult

Add "Human Penis" to list of genitals

Right now human males default with just 'testis' and other wise all the other options need to lean more on the alien or vague side so I think we should not be afraid to be more open with what our colonists are working with down stairs. I Just think is abit weird to have one (testies) with out the other

Settings UI bugs

  1. Field for the non-binary name is broken.
  2. Sliders are too precise.

Both genders have both parts?

For some reason with all races, I have tried this with they end up having both wombs/ovaries AND testes. Is there anything I am doing wrong?

Quick note: I believe my setting are correct. Please correct me if im wrong!

Combine body hair into one line in health tab

As James009 suggested on Steam:

I'd highly recommend getting rid of the body hair for each individual body part and just make it universal where it is scaled from none to bearlike (with like four variations). It really clutters up the medical menu right now. Might want to also buff the cold weather bonus from it a bit.

Probably should try using different HediffCompProperties, which are used for infections in the core game, or take a look if a new UI may be created for the pop-up.
