As a user I want to automatically delete a Cloud Service deployment so that I can better automate deployments.

It would be great to be able to backup the sql azure database as an action step.

The process could be as follows -
An azure storage account must be created.
Export the database to the account as a .bacpac.

Also then this should also be able to restore from a .bacpac in the storage account.
